Description

IOC4T (Material Number 200-560-000-061) is a rear-terminal type IO interface card used for the protection card of the complete unit. It is assembled in pairs in the standard monitoring frame and directly connects to various on-site sensors for vibration, eddy current, and rotational speed, transmitting the original measurement signals to the front-end protection card for processing. It integrates surge and electromagnetic isolation protection for all channels, isolating the on-site line interference from damaging the core computing board.

The module is equipped with 4 standard analog output channels and 4 built-in alarm relays, capable of outputting 0-10V or 4-20mA standardized measurement signals to DCS/PLC, as well as outputting switch quantity alarm contacts; it also has 32 programmable digital alarm signals, which can be expanded to external relay cards, supporting hot-swappable insertion while the frame is powered on, and is widely used in steam turbine and compressor unit mechanical protection cabinets.
