Description
IOC16T (part number 200-565-000-012) is a 16-channel post-signal conditioning terminal board, which is used in pairs with a 16-channel status acquisition card. It serves as a signal relay unit between the on-site sensors and the acquisition card, uniformly integrating vibration, phase detection, and process simulation signals. It is equipped with multiple-level filtering and isolation circuits to filter out electromagnetic interference from the on-site lines and ensure that the original measurement signals are sent to the acquisition card for processing without any loss.
The module is equipped with large-sized threaded terminal blocks, which support stable wiring with various-sized cables. It features a full-channel surge protection design and is suitable for complex electromagnetic cabinet environments in power plants and oil and gas industries. It relies on the high-speed bus on the backplane of the frame for bidirectional data transmission with the acquisition card, supporting hot-swappable maintenance of the frame without interrupting the online monitoring of the unit. It is mostly used in steam turbines and compressors for multi-point vibration diagnosis systems.
