Description

X-CPU01 (part number 985210211) is the core main control processor module of the safety instrumented system rack. It adopts a 1oo2 dual-redundant hardware architecture and serves as the computing center of the entire safety system. It is responsible for running up to 32 user safety programs, collecting signals from various IO modules to complete safety logic operations such as interlock and stop, and relies on the safety Ethernet to achieve data interaction between modules and the upper-level monitoring system. At the same time, it stores all system events and fault records.

The module is equipped with a complete hardware self-diagnosis mechanism, meeting the SIL3 functional safety standard. In case of hardware failure, it automatically enters a safe shutdown state. It supports multi-CPU redundancy and parallel deployment, has the ability of rack hot swapping, and does not interrupt the safety control process during replacement. It is widely used in ESD and FGS critical safety interlock systems of chemical, oil and gas, and thermal power devices.
