Description

CPUM (Part Number 200-595-031-111) is a dedicated central main control CPU module for the monitoring machine frame. As the core controller of the entire monitoring system machine frame, it uniformly manages all protection and acquisition cards within the frame, and completes core tasks such as centralized management of configuration distribution, automatic adaptation for hot plugging, and centralized control of fault alarms. The front LCD panel enables direct viewing of measurement values and alarm thresholds for each channel.

The module integrates various types of industrial communication interfaces and also has the function of a data gateway. It can forward monitoring data such as vibration, speed, and temperature of the unit via Ethernet and serial ports, in accordance with Modbus and PROFINET standard protocols, to third-party control systems such as DCS and PLC. The onboard non-volatile storage automatically records system events and measurement alarm logs, and is suitable for long-term online monitoring scenarios of large-scale rotating units in the thermal power and oil and gas industries.
