Description

FC-SDO-0824 is a 8-channel safety digital output module specifically designed for the Safety Manager safety instrumented system of Honeywell. It belongs to the safety IO hardware of the SIS system and is used to output safety control signals to drive on-site actuators.

The module is equipped with 8 independent 24VDC solid-state output channels. The maximum output of each channel is 550mA. It has a fault-safe power-off shutdown mechanism and can drive devices such as solenoid valves and trip relays, meeting the SIL3 safety level requirements. It is widely used in the ESD emergency stop and fire-gas interlock safety circuits in the chemical and oil and gas industries.
